Our sweet little granddaughter is finally here! Baby Reagan arrived on March 2, 2020. She weighed 8 lbs 5 oz and was 21″ long and is absolutely adorable! (And don’t even get me started on her adorable lips!)
It is so wonderful watching your grown children become parents; however, it can be a little bittersweet as well. It seems as though we were just holding them in our arms then in a blink of an eye they are starting a family of their own.
I loved how special it was to see our oldest grandchild, Adair, meet her first ever cousin! She was quite smitten with Reagan!
When I was editing Reagan’s images, I couldn’t believe how strikingly similar one of her pictures was to a newborn picture of our other granddaughter, Adair! I posted a side by side at the bottom of the post. Reagan is on the top (5 days old) and Adair is on the bottom (6 days old).
In the midst of these difficult times, celebrating the gift of life is such a blessing from God. To recognize how amazing it is to have a Creator who formed every part of Reagan and how she was fearfully and wonderfully made. Truly, His works are marvelous! (Psalm 139)
Welcome, sweet baby Reagan! Your grandpa and grandma are so blessed to have you in our lives!
