Ok… this Cake Smash Session has to be one of my all time favorites! I had the privilege of capturing Matthew’s big day on his actual birthday and I think he just decided to bring the party with him!
The excitement of the balloons I had waiting for him was enough to send him over the edge! Gotta love the pics where his hair is dancing with static electricity and his eyes couldn’t be any wider with excitement!
Matthew’s mom, Janel, did a fabulous job making his huge “cupcake” birthday cake with the yummy white chocolate shell. She also made the adorable bunting banner and ordered the cutest little blue romper from Etsy.
I could barely handle the overload of cuteness while taking Matthew’s first year portraits in the chair. Those gorgeous brown eyes, chubby cheeks and contagious smile are to die for!
We finished off Matthew’s Cake Smash Session with some fun outdoor photos. It was so precious watching him wobble around as he tirelessly fine tuned this new thing called walking!
