A Girl with a Mission

Meet Angela.

Angela is definitely a girl with a mission… to serve missionary kids overseas! We had the honor of having Angela stay with us a while back when she was asked to be the guest speaker at the ASU Chi Alpha banquet. I was so impressed with Angela’s story and how God has given her a passion and calling to teach and minister overseas.

Her life currently consists of teaching second and third grade at a local public school in Federal Way, Washington, taking her nephews (7 months and 2 1/2 years) on dates, serving her youth group, and raising support to teach in the Philippines.

In July, she will move to the Philippines for two years to teach third grade at Faith Academy, an international Christian school focused on serving missionary kids. This PreK- 12 school serves children from over 20 countries and many different missions by preparing them for university in their country of origin and life! She will be working with the team from One Challenge International.
