It never ceases to amaze me how time seems to pass by at such a rapid pace. It seems like yesterday I was taking newborn pictures of baby Ava and now I’m posting pics from the Gran family’s session celebrating Ava turning ONE!
Family sessions are always such a joy to photograph because I get the privilege of pulling back the curtain to capture all the wild and crazy deep love that lives within!
The Gran Family is a perfect example of freezing time to get a little glimpse of who they are today. A today filled with hugs and kisses, tickles and giggles and even some soulful, somber moments. If I have the privilege of photographing their sweet family in 10 years, maybe I’ll capture a glimpse of two young girls a little more reserved in front of the camera. Two young girls figuring out their way and that’s a beautiful thing! This is why I believe it is so important to invest in family photography through the years. Not only do your kid’s physical appearance change but your family dynamics change as well.
